1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, launching a company workspace, or accepting a team invitation to MyGoal OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If registering on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm having requisite corporate authority.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide authentic details during registration and keep them updated. Organization administrators are responsible for managing employee roles, securing access credentials, and overseeing all activities in their workspace. Automated bot registrations are strictly forbidden.
3. License & Service Provision
DigitalInvest grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access MyGoal OS software as a cloud service (SaaS). You retain 100% exclusive ownership of all your business data, client records, deals, and files.
4. Subscription Plans, Seats, Billing & Refunds
The platform offers a free Core CRM tier (up to 3 team members) alongside premium Pro and Business tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance in EUR (€) or UAH (₴) via certified payment processors and Merchants of Record (such as Creem and Stripe). Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via Settings. We offer a 14-day refund policy for initial subscription purchases upon written request to support@digitalinvest.biz.
5. AI Assistants & Content Safety Policy
AI assistants are restricted strictly to lawful B2B business operations. Generating, requesting, or distributing sexually explicit content, pornography, adult entertainment, erotica, CSAM, adult companion bots, or sexual deepfakes is strictly prohibited. Automated multi-layer guardrails screen all prompts and immediately reject non-compliant requests. Detailed terms are set forth in our dedicated AI Assistant Policy (/ai-policy).

6. Acceptable Use Policy & Restrictions
You may not: (a) attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, or circumvention of IAM and content safety guardrails; (b) generate or disseminate sexually explicit, adult, abusive, or illegal AI content; (c) distribute unsolicited spam; (d) upload malware or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
7. Service Availability & Updates
We exert commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime availability. We regularly deploy security enhancements and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance windows.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalInvest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from platform usage.
9. Suspension & Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access in the event of severe security violations, malicious attacks, or protracted non-payment.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations, or submitted to competent courts at the operator's domicile.
